MSConfig is a Microsoft Windows Diagnostic and System Configuration utility which is used to Troubleshoot the Windows XP Startup Process.
It is not available in Windows 2000 (it has to be downloaded seperately for Windows 2000) –
Using this Utility, we can Enable or Disable startup files and also Edit some of the Windows Configuration files. You need to have Administrator Rights to access this utility.
